Welcome to A Glimpse of Beauty where you get to see my creative side!

I am a trauma and abuse survivor, and as I continue my healing journey I have the desire to empower and enable others to go forward in their journeys as well, which gave birth to an art gallery in honor of abuse survivors which you can see in full on the art gallery page of my website here. I also started a page for where I am sharing bits and pieces of my healing journey along with ideas that others may find helpful if they're struggling to know how to go forward which you can find here.

I have been sharing my art with my friends and by the responses I was getting from my survivor friends, I thought that perhaps it would be empowering to other survivors to have prints and other items available to remind them they are not alone and perhaps it would even be of help in identifying and dealing with some of their own emotions, which has led to this.

So if you find yourself here and you have survivor friends, you may find that one of these items might make a great birthday, Christmas or 'just because' gift because now and then we find it helpful encouraging to know that we have worth and are treasured by others in our lives...
